Fifa states that it finds itself in “a dichotomy” in that while on the one hand it has an obligation to promote the good image of the game [which may be done also by refusing to accept tobacco sponsorship], “it is also obliged to assist associations and other bodies to maximise their potential revenue in any legally admissible manner [which may include accepting tobacco sponsorship money].” “There is nothing wrong with the deal, FIFA and FAM gives them all the approval, as FAM we are very happy that a big team like Bullets secured a huge sponsorship like this one, we are happy for them,” said Nyamilandu. Bullets chairperson Sam Chilunga said it has been his dream to source a sponsorship to the team and now the dream has comes a reality. “The deal took long to materialize because we had to court FIFA just  to get clarity”, added Chilunga. According to him, the K500 million will divided into K100 million per year for five years.
